The dress is meant to have a loose fit but these are all the precise fabric measurements for the standard model. It measures 42 inches from shoulder to hem and the length can be shortened on request. Note also the measure to the gathered chest.
It is difficult to know in advance if I will be able to accommodate all your customisation requests, but drop me a line if you have any queries and I will let you know if I can help.
